We are a small urban family farm that is specialised in making premium & organic gourmet products in a natural & biological way in and for the Valenza area. Our locally grown produce has great taste, is high in nutrients and is harvested and delivered straight to your doorstep in less than 24 hours.
We Have One Goal
To Provide The Highest Quality
Organic & Biological Products.
With our ‘Grow-to-order’ policy we will never overproduce or find ourselves in a situation where we waist food. By identifying firstly the need of our customers we know beforehand exactly how much to grow which consequently has a positive effect on the quality of our products.
Because our products are grown as per request of the customer, we can time our harvest with the delivery date and thus provide the longest shelf life possible. Our products are freshly harvested, packaged, stored refrigerated and delivered to our customers all on the very same day.
Once delivered our products can be stored in the refrigerator for at least 7 and up to 10 days, because our customers will receive their products as fresh as they can be. This is why we focus firstly on customers in and around Valenza to offer the best customer satisfaction possible before we expand.
Valenza Mushrooms™
We select only the best of gourmet mushrooms available like Oyster mushrooms. In the future we will expand to grow also other mushrooms types like Shiitake. For now mushrooms are season dependable. We will only be able to grow them in the fall & winter. Starting in 2024 we strive to deliver multiple types of mushrooms all year round.
In our grow proces we do not use chemicals or artificial furtilizers. We solely use Valenza well water that in itself is of high quality and full of minerals.
Valenza Microgreens™
Initially we grow, sell and deliver 4 types of Microgreens namely Broccoli, Sunflower, Pea & Radish. These are the most widely used strains and therefore the most known. We will gradually expand our assortment in 2024. Our Microgreens are delivered all year round.
In our grow proces we do not use chemicals or artificial furtilizers. We solely use Valenza well water that in itself is of high quality and full of minerals.
